摘要
目的:建立涵水胶囊中槲皮素高效液相色谱测定方法.方法:Waters Symmetry-ShieldTM RP18分析柱,柱温40℃,流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(50:50),检测波长370 nm,流速1.0 ml·min-1.结果:槲皮素在0.0108~0.0540μg范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0),回收率99.9%,RSD=2.3%.结论:本方法简便、灵敏准确、重现性好,可用于控制涵水胶囊的质量.
Objective: To develop an HPLC method for determining quercetin in Hanshui capsules. Method: Waters SymmetryShield TM RP_ 18 column was used with a mobile phase of methanol- 0.2% phosphoric acid snlution(50∶50). The column temperature was 40 ℃. The detecting wavelength was at 370 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min -1. Result: The linear range of quercetin was 0.010 8~ 0.054 0 μg(r= 1.000 0). The average recovery was 99.9%, RSD= 2.3%(n=5). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, and can be used reliably for the quality control of Hanshui capsules.
