摘要
获得了白梨（PyrusbretschneideriRehd．）中鸭梨和砂梨中晚三吉梨成熟胚子叶的再生不定梢。2个品种达到最高不定梢再生率的培养基都是1／4MS大量元素，附加生长调节剂5mg·L-1BA和0．5mg·L-1NAA，再生率分别达到93．3％和100％。
Shoot regeneration was obtained from cotyledons of matured embryos of Duck pear (Pyrus bretschnetheri Rehd. ) and Wan Sanji pear (P. pyrifolia Nak. ). Shoot regenration was the highest on the 1/4 MS major inorganic nutrients with 5 mg·L-1 6 - BA and 0.5 mg·L-1 NAA. The rate of regeneration of Wan Sanji and Duck pear reached 100%,93. 3 % respectively.
