摘要
从棉花黄萎病病原菌的分化、变异途径（异核现象和异核体、准性生殖、细胞质变异）、研究方法（形态观测法、生物鉴定法、生理测定法、生化分析法）及应用分子生物学技术（ＲＦＬＰ技术，ＰＣＲ和ＲＡＰＤ技术）等４个方面，对国内外的研究状况进行了全面综述。
This paper fully reviewed the research status of Verticillium dahliae of cotton in China and the world in the following four aspects: differentiation of pathogens; path of variation (heterokaryosis or heterokaryon,parasexuality and cytoplasm variation); study method (morphological observation,bioidentification,physiological determination and biochemical analysis);and application of molecular biotechniques.
