原料及塔底废水甲醇浓度对甲醇再生装置能耗的影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 长庆气田的部分甲醇回收装置长期处理偏离设计进料浓度的含醇污水,能耗高,运行不经济。通过分析原料甲醇浓度变化及塔底废水中甲醇含量变化时甲醇回收装置的能耗,并查阅相关标准规范,对甲醇回收装置脱甲醇废水控制指标及污水回注甲醇控制指标给出了建议。 The methanol recovery devices of Changqing gas field have treated methanol bearing sewage deviating from the designed input concentration for a long time, their energy consumption are high. Through the energy consumption of the methanol recovery device while the changing of raw material and the tower bottom wastewater methanol concentration, the relevant standards and specifications are looked up, new proposals of the methanol wastewater con-trol index and the methanol control index in injected wastewater are put forward.
