摘要
榆林气田有两套单塔甲醇回收装置,运行以来,由于原料含甲醇污水发泡,塔板效率降低;塔底甲醇含量超标,甲醇产品质量、装置处理量达不到设计要求。为此,2006年进行技术改造,采用斜孔塔板替换现有筛孔塔板,提高甲醇回收塔的效率。改造后,甲醇回收塔处理量提高20~40m^3/d,产品甲醇的质量分数提高4%~7%,塔底水甲醇含量降低0.01%~0.05%,产品质量提高,处理量增加,有效缓解了冬季污水憋罐的矛盾。
There are two sets of Single -tower methanol recycle devices in Yulin Gas Field , along with its running , the feed sewage containing methanol appears foaming , and it makes the tower tray has a low efficiency , the containing of methanol at the bottom of the tower is over standard. The quality of production methanol cant be checked out, and the treating capacity of tower can not satisfy the design request, so we make some improvements in the year of 2006 . we replace the griddle hole tray with oblique hole tray , and it heighten the efficiency of methanol recycle tower, after improving , the treating capacity of methanol recycle tower has increased by 20 - 40 m^3/d , the consistence of production methanol has increased by 4% - 7% , the water at the bottom of the tower has decreased by 0.01% - 0.05% . The production methanol's quality is better than before , the treating capacity of the tower is also higher than before . it efficaciously reduce the contradiction of sewage is too more in winter.
