气田含醇含油污水混凝处理研究 被引量:12

摘要 长庆气田高含醇含油污水具有含醇高、含油高、含铁高、矿化度高、pH值低的特点,污水腐蚀性强、结垢严重,絮凝过程形成的絮体聚结力小、沉降慢,因此直接影响甲醇回收系统的正常运行。本实验应用化学氧化方法对长庆气田高含醇含油污水进行了混凝处理研究。结果表明,污水pH值为7.3~7.5、H2O2用量为175mg/L、PAC用量为30mg/L、阳离子PAM(平均相对分子质量为1200万)用量为2.0mg/L时,处理后的水中总铁含量降至1.0mg/L以下,凝析油含量降至30mg/L以下,达到了甲醇精馏塔的进料要求。 Heavily containing methanol, oil, ferruginous,high TDS and low pH are the characters of gasfield-sewage of Changqing gas field. Its strong causticity, severely scaling, the slow sedimentation velocity and poor coalescence force of the floccules formed during the flocculation, all the above, directly influences the operation of methanol-recovering-system. In this study, the chemical oxidation is used to sewage flocculation treatment which contains methanol and oil heavily. The result shows; when sewages pH is 7. 3-7. 5, H2O2 dosage 175mg/L, PAC dosage 30mg/L and the cationic PAM dosage 2. 0mg/L, thecondensate-oil concentration of treated sewage can be reduced to less than 30mg/l, and the iron reduced to less than 1.0mg/L,that is required by methanol distillation tower.
