摘要 根据生产实践,讨论了汽轮机停机快速冷却技术应用中的几个问题,包括快冷方式的选择、运行注意事项、经济效益和安全性等,指出顺流式空气冷却安全可靠,操作和控制方便,比较适合我国的电厂应用;机组采用快冷装置应尽量采用滑参数停机,当机组降低到一定温度后,方可投用快冷装置;论文还引用了文献,证明了采用快速冷却方式,只要操作合理,汽缸内壁的温差产生的热应力不会缩短汽轮机的使用寿命。通过估算表明,停机快速冷却技术的应用经济效益很可观。 Accoding to production practice, This article discusses several issues of rapid cooling down the turbine, including the choice of fast-cooling mode, operation notes, economic and security. And it points out that air down flow cooling is safe; reliable and easy to operate. The unit should be shut down by sliding paramater when using fast-cooling device. The fast-cooling device could be cast until the turbine's temperature would fall down to an established temperature. The paper also quotes in the literature to improve that the thermal stress forming by the temperature difference of the cylinder wall will not reduce the service life of the steam turbine as long as the operation is reasonable. Estimations show that the deployment of the technology could produce considerable economic benefits.
