摘要
汽轮机快速冷却技术是在汽轮机组停运后,向汽轮机内部通以适量的较低温度的冷却介质,进行强迫对流换热,加快汽缸和转子温降速度的过程。该技术在河北国华定洲发电有限责任公司国产600MW机组得到成功应用,为同类型机组采用快速冷却技术提供了可借鉴的经验和建议。实践证明,采用快速冷却代替自然冷却,可以使机组的冷却时间缩短一半以上,提高机组的投运率,缓解电力供需矛盾,具有显著的社会和经济效益。
The fast cooling technology of steam turbine is the process that the cooling medium is used to accelerate the temperature reduction of cylinder and rotor after the shutdown of turbogenerator. The suceessful application of fast cooling technology in the domestic 600 MW unit in Guohua Dingzhou Power Generation Co., Ltd, provides a useful experience for reference for other units alike. According to the practical operation, the cooling time of the unit is redueed half above with fast cooling instead of natural cooling method, besides the service rate of unit can be raised, the contradiction between power supply and demand can be solved effectively, and it is ofsignifieant soeial and economic benefit.
