摘要
作为医学教育的特有阶段,住院医师规范化培训与聘用制的结合,能够为医院建立起长远发展的人才储备。面对目前军队医院在聘用制上的困境,本院从培训与聘用结合的方法与途径上,对住院医师规范化培训的组织体系、培训计划、考核方法以及保障机制进行了探索,确保了培训的质量,为医院输送了一大批优秀住院医师。
In the particular stage of medical education, the combination of standardization training and engagement of physician will provide personnel repertory of the continuous development of the hospital, which will solve the problem of the lack of person with ability. In the paper the measure to combine the standardization training and engagement system in a military hospital were introduced for the aspects as organization system, training plan, examination method and support mechanism.
