摘要
临床住院医师是医院人才梯队中最基础的部分,关系到医院的医疗质量及医院的建设与发展,如何加强临床住院医师的培训,提高培训的水平和质量已受到各级医院的高度重视,本文就我院住院医师规范化培训的现状、存在的问题和对策进行探讨。
Clinical residents are the basic element of the talented persons in a hospital. They are very important to the medical quality and development of a hospital. How to enhance the clinical residents, train and improve their quality has been paid great attention to. The paper probes into the present situations, existing problems and countermeasures taken in the standardized clinical resident training of our hospital.
