摘要
论述了温州医学院附属第一医院以办“社会化住院医师轮训班”为契机,创建新型人才培养模式,加强对临床医学本科毕业生的培养与管理的具体做法;总结了医院通过做好毕业后医学教育工作,在提高临床医学本科毕业生的业务素质、职业道德水平、参与市场竞争能力,以及通过二次分配提高基层的医疗服务水平等方面取得的成效。
This article discusses the new training model of junior doctors with bachelor degree in the First Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College. They also summary how the hospital improves technique quality, professional quality, and competition capability of undergraduate students with bachelor degree. In the end, they introduce how the hospital improves primary service quality with second distribution.
