摘要
目的通过对国家有关政策的分析。方法提出适合我军医务人员培养的培训体系和模式。结果国家采取多项举措,推动住院医师规范培训工作开展推进军队医务人员队伍建设水平。结论临床住院医师规范化培训是培养临床医学人才,提高我军临床医疗工作水平的重要措施之一。
