Optimization of the Extraction Technology of Salvianolic Acid B from Salvia miltiorrhiza by Orthogonal Experiment

摘要 目的:优选丹参中丹酚酸B的提取工艺。方法:以丹酚酸B含量及得率为指标,乙醇浓度、乙醇倍数、回流提取次数、提取时间为因素进行正交试验,优选丹参中丹酚酸B的最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为5倍的80%乙醇提取2次,每次1h,可得29.13%的丹酚酸B,得率为6.14%。结论:该方法操作简便、结果稳定,可为工业生产提供理论依据。 OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of salvianolic acid B from Salvia miltiorrhiza. METHODS: The extraction technology of salvianolic acid B was optimized by orthogonal test with the content and the yield of salvianolic acid B as index and with the concentration and amount of ethanol, the times of reflux extraction and extraction time as factors. RESULTS: The optimum extraction process was as follows: 5-folds 80%ethanol, extracting for 2 times, each time 1 h, 29.13% of salvianolic acid B was available, yield of salvianolic acid was 6.14%. CONCLUSION: This method is simple and stable. It provides theoretical basis for industrial production.
