摘要
采用正交实验法 ,以提取物中丹参酮ⅡA的含量为指标进行正交实验。所得产品中丹参酮ⅡA含量符合《药典》标准。从而优选出从丹参中提取丹参酮ⅡA的最佳工艺为 :丹参粉碎至 2 0目 ,于 75℃搅拌 ,8倍量 95 %、5 0 %乙醇各提取一次 ;每次 1.5小时。 6倍量水回流提取一次 。
By orthogonal test , according to the contents of tanshinoneⅡA ,the test were carried on .The contents of tanshinoneⅡA of product accord with the standard of pharmacopoeia .The best technology condition that radix salviae miltiorrhizae was extracted by means of ethyl alcohol (95%,50%) of 8 times as much as raw materials decocting 1.5h, whisking and in 75℃. The water is 6 times as much as raw materials decocting 2h .
