摘要
本文论述了有效容积２７００ｍ３的ＵＡＳＢ装置，在高温条件下处理高悬浮物酒精废水的启动运行和形成颗粒污泥的过程。当反应器稳定运行时，进水ＳＳ１００００ｍｇ／Ｌ以上，容积负荷可达７～１２ｋｇＣＯＤ／（ｍ３·ｄ），水力停留时间为２～５ｄ，ＣＯＤ去除率达９０％以上，出水ＣＯＤ小于５０００ｍｇ／Ｌ，ＳＳ小于２５００ｍｇ／Ｌ。
The startup performance and granular sludge formation of a 2700m3 thermophilic fullscale UASB reactor for treating alcohol wastewater were described in this paper.Under steady condition and influent SS of 10000mg/L,the volumetric COD loading could reach 712 kgCOD/(m3d) with HRT of 25 days and COD removal rate over 90%
