摘要
介绍了木薯酒精废水资源化利用的各种方法,详细阐述了厌氧生物处理方法。由于该废水中SS很高,因此按照悬浮固体的处理方法将现有的厌氧处理工艺分为:清液发酵和全糟发酵。分别介绍了这两种工艺的研究现状和工程应用实例,并对这两种处理工艺进行了比较,最后结合当前处理工艺中存在的问题提出了全糟发酵采用两相厌氧工艺的思路。
Approaches to the resource recycling of cassava ethanol wastewater are introduced, and anaerobic treat- ment is expounded in detail. Since the SS in the wastewater is very high, the anaerobic treatment could be divided into fermentation with decantation or without decantation according to SS treatment. They are introduced separately. Recent research progress and engineering application of both of the technologies are reviewed and compared. At the end, based on the problems existing in the treatment process, the concept of using two-phase anaerobic treatment process for fermentation without decantation is put forward.
