摘要
以有机负荷率作为参数,通过实验得出了奶牛场粪便废水高温厌氧消化过程中有机物降解动力学及甲烷产率动力学方程。结果表明:根据有机物降解动力学方程及进出水有机物浓度,可以推测处理一定量的废水所需反应器体积;也可以在已知反应器体积及进水有机物浓度的情况下,计算出水中有机物含量。利用甲烷产率动力学方程,在已知有机负荷率的情况下,计算甲烷的产率,估算一定量一定浓度废水进行厌氧消化时所能提供的能量。在实验范围内,所得方程具有良好的适用性。
The thermophilic anaerobic process of cattle manure wastewater is investigated. Organi loading rate is chosen as experimental parameter, and the kinetics formula of organic degradatio C n and the kinetics equation of methane production rate are obtained. According to the kinetics formula of organic degradation, the reactor volume can be calculated if the organic concentration of influent and effluent are given. The organic concentration of effluent can be calculated if the reactor volume and influent concentration are given. According to the kinetics equation of methane production rate, the methane production rate can be calculated under the condition of known organic loading rate and the energy offered by the wastewater can be estimated. The kinetics formula drawn from the experiments have a good practicability and can be used to predict related parameters of the similar wastewater.
