摘要
酒精废水厌氧好氧生化处理后,BOD5和氨氮能达到GB8978-1996二级排放标准,但COD仍高达600mg/L以上.采用Fenton试剂催化氧化法对该生化处理出水进行试验研究,通过试验确定Fenton反应的最佳条件为pH2.15~3.5,硫酸亚铁和过氧化氢投加量分别为450mg/L和300mg/L,反应时间0.5h,COD去除率为60%以上.应用GC/MS技术研究表明,经Fenton试剂催化氧化处理后的出水中主要以醇类和醛类等小分子化合物为主,有机物数量和种类显著减少.
After treated by anaerobic process and aerobic process, alcohol effluent can meet the national discharge requirements (GB 8978-1996) in terms of BOD5 and ammonia, but its COD concentration is still higher than 600mg/L. In the study catalytic oxidation process is employed for the advanced treatment of the liquid. Optimum conditions for the treatment of the wastewater with Fenton reagent are determined through experiments. In the experiments pH ranges from 2. 15-3. 5, the dosage of FeSO, and H2O2 is 450mg/L and 300mg/L respectively, and after 0.5h reaction, the rate of COD removal is more than 60%. GC/MS technology shows that after Fenton reaction the left compounds are composed of small molecular alcohols and aldehydes as well as the quantities and the species of the organics decreased dramatically.
