目的:研究鼻炎口服液抗过敏与抗炎作用,为其临床应用提供理论依据。方法:采用抗血清致大鼠同种被动皮肤过敏和大鼠颅骨骨膜肥大细胞脱颗粒、卵蛋白(OA)引起豚鼠鼻黏膜过敏反应与2.4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)诱发的DTH小鼠迟发性超敏反应,考察鼻炎口服液的抗过敏作用;采用组胺诱发大鼠毛细血管通透性增高、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿及角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀,考察鼻炎口服液的抗炎作用。结果:鼻炎口服液能显著抑制大鼠同种被动皮肤过敏和豚鼠鼻黏膜过敏反应,阻止大鼠颅骨骨膜肥大细胞脱颗粒,抑制DTH小鼠迟发性超敏反应,大剂量时还可增加小鼠的胸腺指数及脾指数;对组胺诱发大鼠毛细血管通透性增高、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠棉球致肉芽组织增生均有显著的抑制作用,能显著降低大鼠角叉菜胶性足跖肿胀及炎症组织内PGE_2含量。结论:鼻炎口服液具有明显的抗过敏和抗炎作用。
Objective: To study the anti-allergic and anti-inflammation effects of Biyan oral liquid in order to provide theoretical basis on its clinical application. Method: The passive cutaneous anaphylaxis(PCA) and skull periost mast cell(MC) degranulation of the rats induced by antiserum, the nasal mucosa anaphylaxis of guinea-pigs induced by ovalbumin and the delayed -type hypersensitivity (DTH) of mice induced by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzol(DNCB) were used to study the anti-hypersensitivity effects. Rat nasal mucosa capillary permeability increase induced by histamine, mice ear edema caused by xylene, tampon granuloma in rat and rats hind paw swelling induced by carrageenan were used to study the Anti-inflammatory effects of Biyan oral liquid. Result: Biyan oral liquid could inhibit rat homologous passive skin anaphylaxis and guinea-pig nasal mucosa anaphylaxis, inhibit the degranulation of MC in rats, suppressed delayed-type hypersensitivity of DTH mice and increase indexes of thymus and spleen of DTH mice on big dose and debase the higher permeability of nasal mucosa capillary of rat which was induced by histamine, suppress ear swell induced by xylene in mice and also significantly restrain granuloma proliferation, decrease the edematous degree and the contents of PGE2 in inflammatory tissue. Conclusion: Biyan oral liquid has the obvious effects of anti-anaphylaxis and anti-inflammatory.
