微生物絮凝剂产生菌的筛选 被引量:1

摘要 以菌株发酵液对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝效果为指标,从活性污泥等样品中筛选获得53株具有絮凝活性的菌株。经进一步摇瓶复筛获得一株摇瓶发酵液絮凝率达71.8%的菌株2-21。依据菌落形态、菌体形态及部分生理生化特征研究,初步鉴定菌株2-21可能为肠杆菌属(Enterobacter)。结合蛋白质定性检测及糖类物质的呈色反应初步推断该菌株所产絮凝剂的主要成分为糖蛋白。 Based on flocculating activity of fermented broth to kaolin clay suspension, 53 strains were isolated from activated sludge. After shaked flask fermentation, strain 2-21, whose flocculating efficiency achieved 71.8%, was acquired for future study. Studies on colony morphology, physio- logical and biochemical characteristics primarily identified the strain 2-21 was Enterobacter. Main ingredient of bioflocculant was preliminarily deter- mined as glycoprotein by qualified test of proteins and colorimetric reactions of polysaccharides.
