高效藻毒素降解菌的筛选及其降解藻毒素的效能研究 被引量:9

摘要 从藻毒素污染的水库底泥中富集分离出7株高效藻毒素降解菌,结合7株菌的生长曲线研究,确定出菌株M-5、M-6和M-7三株菌为高效菌,并对它们的生理生化特性和降解藻毒素效能进行了研究.结果表明,M-5和M-6为假单胞菌、M-7为气单胞菌.各单一菌株24 h降解藻毒素效能为63%~84%, 延长作用时间至4 d,可以将藻毒素降解率提高到90%以上,将3株菌混合作为混合菌协同作用藻毒素,可缩短作用时间,3 d将藻毒素基本降解完全. Seven high-efficiency Microcystin-LR-degrading strains were enriched and isolated from the sediment of eutrophic reservoir. After studying their growth curves, the strains M-5, M-6 and M-7 from the seven strains can growth quickly at the same time have the relative high Microcystin-LR removal. The degradation efficiency of one single strain is from 63 96 to 84 % after 24 h contact time. The removal rate of Microcystin-LR in 4 d was above 90 %. Compared with the three single strains, the mixed strains of them can degrade Microcystin-LR about 99.5 % in 3 d.
