摘要
从土壤和活性污泥中分离出22株絮凝剂产生菌,以培养液对高岭土悬浊液絮凝效果为指标,筛选出1株高效絮凝剂产生菌Y2,初步鉴定为微球菌属(Micrococcus)。该菌产絮凝剂与菌体生长量呈正相关,在生长的稳定期后,达到最高的絮凝活性。试验结果表明,以葡萄糖作碳源,NaNO3作氮源,Y2产絮凝剂的最适生长条件为:pH值7.0,温度30℃,摇床转速160r.min-1,培养60h可达最高絮凝活性。
Twenty-two strains of microorganisms isolated from soil and active sludge were found to produce flocculant. Among them, a strain with high flocculating activity was preliminarily identified as Micrococcus Y2.The production of the strain correlated with cell growth and the flocculating activity reached the highest after the stable stage. The optimum conditions of producing flocculant for Y2 using glucose and NaNO3 as medium were pH7.0, temperature 30 ℃,shaking speedl60r·min^-1, incubation time 60h.
