摘要
白藜芦醇苷是含有三个酚羟基的芪类化合物,本文详细地介绍了白藜芦醇苷保护心肌细胞、血管平滑肌细胞、肝细胞、改善微循环、抗血小板聚集,降血脂及抗脂质过氧化等多种药理作用,并对相关研究成果进行研究和总结,发现白藜芦醇苷是一种良好的氧游离基清除剂和脂质过氧化抑制剂,可有效清除超氧阴离子自由基和羟基自由基,抑制脂质过氧化反应,还能够减轻多种因素造成的组织器官损伤。探讨了白藜芦醇苷在运动医学,主要是抗氧化和防止运动性损伤两方面的应用前景,旨在为此天然高效抗氧化剂的开发利用提供理论支持。
The piceid is a stilbene compound with 3 phenolic hydroxyl,which many pharmacological actions are to protect myocardium,vascular smooth muscle cells and liver cells;develop microcirculation,reduce blood sugar and lipid,combat platelet aggregation and oxidation,etc.Based on the study and summarization of certain research results,this article probes into its functions in sports medicine,mainly focuses on 2 aspects of combating oxidation and protect exercises injury,so as to provide some theoretic references for the development and application of this nature efficient antioxidant.
