摘要
采用社会调查方法、会议方法、统计方法、案例分析方法探索了县级土地利用规划空间布局公众参与模式。构建了基于公众参与的土地利用规划空间布局的组织模式和方案编制程序。结果表明,县级土地利用规划空间布局引入公众参与可以提高其科学性、合理性和可操作性。
The purpose of this study was to explore public participation mode of the spacial allocation for land use planning at county level.Methods used included social investigation, interview, statistics and exampling.The results showed the structure and procedure of spacial allocation for land use planning based on public participation.It was more scientific , suitable, practical for spacial allocation for land use planning at county level with the introduction of public participation.
