摘要
采用溶剂提取和硅胶柱层析法,从含笑花中分离出4个木脂素,通过核磁共振法鉴定为:l-芝麻脂素,horsfieldin,3`,4`-亚甲二氧基-3,4-二甲氧基-二苯基四氢呋喃骈四氢呋喃,3,4,3`,4`-四甲氧基-二苯基四氢呋喃骈四氢呋喃。4个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Four compounds are isolated from the flowers of Michelia szechuanica by chromatography on silica gel. On the basis of NMR spectral data, their structures are identified as lignins like l-sesamin, horsfieldin, 3,4-Methylenedioxy-3,4-Dimethoxy-Parallelism tetrahydrofuran diphenyl tetrahydrofuran, 3,4,3,4-Tetrametho-xyl-Parallelism tetrahydrofuran diphenyl tetrahydrofuran. All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
