摘要
目的：研究木兰科植物毛果含笑（ＭｉｃｈｅｌｉａｓｐａｅｒａｎｔｈａＣ．Ｙ．Ｗｕ）地上部分的倍半萜等类化学成分。方法：用硅胶柱色谱法反复进行分离纯化，根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其化学结构。结果：分得８个化合物，分别鉴定为９，１４二羟基１（１０），４吉马烷型１２，８倍半萜内酯［１（１０）Ｅ，４Ｅ，８α，９β］（Ｉ）、芥子醛（ＩＩ）、丁香脂素（ＩＩ）、丁香醛（ＩＶ）、３，３′二甲氧基４，４′二羟基９，９′单环氧木脂素（Ｖ）、二十九烷（ＶＩ）、十六烷酸（ＶＩ）、β谷甾醇（ＶＩＩ）。结论：化合物Ｉ为新化合物，命名为含笑内酯Ａ。
AIM: To investigate the sesquiterpene and other constituents of the aerial parts of Michelia sphaerantha C.Y.Wu. METHODS: The compounds were separated by rechromatography on silica gel. Their structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. RESULTS: Eight compounds were isolated. Their structures were elucidated as 9,14 dihydroxy 1(10),4 germacratrien 12,8 olide[1(10)E,4E,8α,9β] (I), sinapaldehyde (II), syringarosinol (III), syringaldehyde (IV), 3,3′ dimethyloxy 4,4′ dihydroxy 9,9′ monoepoxy lignan (V), nonacosane (VI), hexadecanoic acid (VII) and β sitosterol (VIII).CONCLUSION: Compound I, named sphaelactone A, is a new product.
