摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱联法(GC-MS)分析圆叶乌桕、乌桕和山乌桕根的化学成分,结果表明:三者根的化学成分差异较大,圆叶乌桕中化学成分多样性相对较高,富含萜烯类化合物;乌桕以吡喃环类化合物为主;而山乌桕中β-谷甾醇的含量较高.三者根的化学成分差异与其生长基质和环境适应性密切相关.
The chemical constituents in the roots from three species of Triadlca were analyzed by capillary gas chromatography-massspectrometry (GC-MS). The results showed that chemical constituents were obviously different among T. rotundifolia, T. sebifera,and T. cochinchinensis. The terpenoids, pyran ring and beta sitostemI compounds were main constituents of T. rotundifolia, T. sebi.f-era and T. cochinchinensis, respectively. The kinds of chemical compositions in T. rotundifolia were more abundant than those of theother two species. The differences of chemical constituents of three species were closely related with their growing environment andadaptation.
