摘要
运用正相、反相硅胶柱层析和HPLC对野花椒(Zanthoxylum utile Huang)的化学成分进行研究,并利用现代波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构.从野花椒茎木乙醇提取物中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为茵芋碱(1),白藓碱(2),γ-花椒碱(3),得卡瑞花椒碱(4),辛夷脂素(5),horsfieldin(6),表芝麻脂素(7),6,7,8-三甲氧基香豆素(8),滨蒿内酯(9),对羟基肉桂醛(10),β-谷甾醇(11).所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分得.
Abstract: To study the chemical constituents of Zanthoxylum utile Huang, the chemical constituents were isolated and purified by normal, reverse column chromatography and HPLC. Their structures were identified by spectral analysis. Eleven compounds were isolated from the EtOH extract of Zanthoxylum utile Huang. They were identified as skimmianine (1), dictamnine (2), γ-fagarine (3), decarine (4), fargesin (5), horsfieldin (6), episesamin (7), 6, 7, 8-trimethoxylcoumarin (8), scoparone (9), p-hydroxycinnamaldehyde (10), β-sitoster01 (11). All compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
