摘要
系统比较了9种培养基对雨生红球藻Haematococcuspluvialis-6B生长的影响,从中选出较适合于其生长的培养基SM;并研究了H.pluvialis-6B的光温需求,得出H.pluvialis-6B生长的适宜光照强度(70~90μmolquanta·m-2·s-1)和适宜温度(19~22℃);同时,还了解了通气对H.pluvialis-6B生长的影响,发现当通气量为150mL·min-1空气时,H.
The growth of Haematococcus pluvialis 6B had been studied in this paper. It was expressed as the concentration of chlorophyll in the cultures. Variance analysis and multiple range analysis(LSD) were adopted. Nine media were tested for the growth of H.pluvialis 6B and SM′ was more suitable for it than others (Tab.1,2). The optimal light intensity and temperature range for its growth were defined as 70~90 μ mol quanta·m -2 ·s -1 (Fig.1 and Tab.3 ) and 19 ̄22℃(Fig.2 and Tab.4), respectively. Aeration (150 mL·min -1 air)enhanced its growth (Fig.3).
