摘要
对植物根状茎发生机理的研究进展作一概述。结果表明,对根状茎的研究系统总结起来集中体现在以下6部分:对其解剖学的研究;对其内源激素的测定和研究;施用外源激素来诱导根状茎的产生;测定根状茎发生至成熟期间营养物质及关键酶活性的变化;光温对根状茎形成的调控;通过分离特异蛋白来研究基因表达。
The Summary for researches on progression on forming mechanism of rhizome. The results show, the study of rhizome is summarized systematically and include six parts：first, the study of anatomy; second, the study and determination of endogenous hormones;third, inducing the rhizome through external hormones;fourth, the changes in the contents of carbohydrates in the rhizome during initiation and maturation;fifth, soluble protein contents and activity of isoenzyme changed with the development;sixth. studing gene expression through extraction of special proteins.
