摘要
本文研究了 He-Ne激光和半导体激光对生产虾青素的雨生红球藻 ( H aematococcuspluvialis)的生理刺激作用。对两种激光不同辐照剂量的生长刺激作用 ,叶绿素含量及虾青素累积速率的变化进行了比较。实验结果表明 。
An effects of physiological stimulation on astaxanthin producer Haematococcus pluvialis by He-Ne Laser and semiconducter Laser was studied. The effects of different Laser in growth, Chlorophyll content and astaxanthin accumulation at different dosages was compared. The experimental results indicated that the red laser of low power has remarkable stimulation on the preliferate of regetative cells in H. pluvialis.
