摘要
目的:观察粉防己碱-胶原复合膜对大鼠单纯切割伤和放射切割复合伤创面愈合的作用。方法:大鼠双侧同体对照,用药后不同时间测定创面愈合率和肉芽组织中蛋白、DNA、羟脯氢酸的含量。结果:含粉防己碱0.25%~0.50%的外用药膜可有效促进单纯切割伤创面愈合,创面缩小较快,肉芽组织中蛋白、DNA、羟脯氨酸的含量较对照组明显增多。而各剂量组对放射切割复合伤均无效。结论:粉防己碱-胶原复合膜对单纯切割伤具有促进愈合的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of the pelliculea of tetrandrine (Tet) et collagen compositus on wound healing after excision and combined radiation excision injury in rats. Methods: The skin on both sides on the back of rats was excised. The wound on one side was treated with Tet and that on the other was not. At different time phases after excision, the rate of wound healing and the contents of protein, DNA and hydroxyproline of the granulation tissue were determined. Results: When the dose of Tet ranged from 0.25% to 0.5%, the wound healing of the excision was promoted and the contents of protein, DNA and hydroxyproline of the granulation tissue were much higher than those in the control. However, these results were not seen in the wound caused by excision and radiation in combination. Conclusion: The pelliculea of Tet et collagen compositus can promote the wound healing of excision injury but can not that of combined radiation excision injury.
