摘要
目的：研究粉防己碱复合膜的制备方法，并观察其对大鼠切割伤疗效。方法：将粉防己碱与胶原制成复合膜并固定于聚乙烯醇外衬膜上，贴敷大鼠切割伤创面，观察创面愈合率，并测定创面肉芽组织中蛋白、ＤＮＡ、羟脯氨酸的含量。结果与结论：本制备方法可靠，含粉防己碱０．２５％～０．５０％的复合膜可有效促进创面愈合。
AIM : To establish a preparation process of tetrandrine(Tet )complex pellicle and to observe its effect on healingof excised wound in rats. METHODS: The pellicle was made of Tet and collagen and fixed on an outer lining of PVA film. Thepellicle was applied on excised wound of rat to observe the wound healing rate and determine the contents of protein ,DNA andhydroxyproline in granulation tissue of wound. RESULTS AVD CONCLUSION :The method of preparation is reliable and thecomplex pellicle which contains 0. 25%～0. 5% Tet could promote wound healing.
