粒子增强铸造锌基合金复合材料的力学及摩擦磨损特性 被引量:6

摘要 研究发现,加入不同种类、不同含量的粒子的铸造锌基合金复合材料,其力学性能、热膨胀系数及摩擦磨损有明显不同。加入适量的粒子,除室温抗拉强度略有下降外,其它性能均明显改善:SiC粒子效果最好,其次是结晶硅,再次是Al_2O_3粒子。由实验结果看出,铸造锌基合金粒子复合材料较耐磨锡青铜及铅青铜的摩擦磨损性能明显改善。同时,作者还分析了产生上述现象的原因。 Abstract It has been found that the mechanical properties, thermal-expansion coefficient and friction wear features of casting zinc-matrix composites infiltrated with different sorts and amount of particles are quite different. Proper particles being added, all the properties were obviously improved, but the tensile strength at room temperature decreased slightly. The best effect is of SiC particles, then crystal silicon and A12O3 particles. The experimental results showed that the friction and wear charateristic of the casting zinc-matrix composites reinforced with particles is better than that of wear-resistance Sn-bronze and Pb-bron-ze. The reasons of abovementioned phenomenon were analysed in this paper.
