摘要
阐述了层流自控系统控制对策：完全自适应方式，其具有控制系统响应快，控制精度高等优点。为今后设计层流控制系统提供了依据，同时介绍了前馈、反馈及层流的设备布局等方法。
The paper discusses the control stratfegy of laminar flow control system,i. e. a complete self--fitting method. that has fast response and high control accuracy . As a result,a foundation for desing of laminar flow control system in future is provided simutaneously,the metods of feedforward ,feedback the the layout of laminar flow equipments are described .
