摘要
阐述了控制冷却方式在热轧生产中的应用与发展,分析了不同控制冷却方式的应用原理和优缺点,对不同冷却介质和喷流形式进行了研究和分析,并对常用控制方法的实现过程进行了描述。对新建热轧生产线选择合适的控制冷却系统有一定帮助作用。
Application and development of controlled cooling in hot rolling line are described. Principles of application of various controlled cooling processes, its advantages and shortcomings are analyzed. Various cooling medium and spray flow pattern are researched and analyzed. Meanwhile, the implementing process of conventional controlling method is described. It is surely helpful to how to select a meet controlled cooling system for building a new hot rolling line.
