摘要
分析了铸件废品的类型与出现规律,将防止废品采取的对策归纳为四种方法:对症下药法,系统对策法,材料隔离法,小步骤法。通过实例,说明如何对废品情况进行宏观分析,并从方法论的角度对制订对策的思路进行了探讨。
The sorts of rejected castings and their emergence rules were analyzed. The countermeasures to prevent rejection were concluded into following four methods: finding specific ways to solve problems, systematical countermeasures, materials isolation, limited step. Examples were given to explain how to conduct macro analysis of castings rejection situation, and the way of thinking about how from the view of methodology to draw up countermeasures was discussed.
