本钢１７００ｍｍ热轧带钢层流冷却系统采用的是带钢管层流冷却和高压喷嘴冷却相结合的方式。介绍了此系统的设计过程及总用水量和上喷、下喷和侧喷水量的计算。
The 1700mm hot rolling steel strip laminar flow cooling system at Benxi Iron and Steel Co. adopts the way of steel strip pipe laminar flow cooling combining high pressure spray nozzle cooling. The designing process of the system and calculation of total water volume and upper injection,lower injection and side injection water volume are introduced.
