摘要
SYB是英文Start Your Business的简称,是原中国劳动和社会保障部从国际劳工组织引进的一项培训项目。该项目对培养和提高大学生创业能力和创业素质带来启示和借鉴。结合当前大学生就业现状,指出目前SYB培训中存在问题,并就如何在大学生中开展和完善SYB培训进行了探讨,希冀能对提高大学生自主创业能力、以创业带动就业有所帮助。
SYB, the short form of Start Your Business, is a project introduced from International Labor Organization by Labor and Social Security Bureau of China. The project provides enlightenment and advice for strengthening the ability and quality of college students to start their business. In connection with the current employment status of college students,this paper points out the prominent problems in SYB training, discusses on how to carry out and improve the SYB training in college students, and hopes that can improve the college students＇ ability of independent entrepreneurship.
