摘要
SYB培训旨在倡导自谋职业和自主创业。江汉油田通过开展SYB培训,起到了"培训促进创业,创业带动就业"的良好的示范效应。自2007年启动SYB项目后,江汉油田职工培训中心就业培训部已经成功开办培训班5期,培训人数146人,实现创业77人,实现就业35人,带动就业123人,办理小额贷款17人。
SYB(start your business) training aims to advocate finding a way out for yourself and starting a business independently.The SYB training launched in Jianghan Oilfield plays a good model role of promoting business starting through training and bringing along employment through business starting.Since 2007 when SYB project was started,the Employment Training Department of Training Center for the Workers and Staff of Jianghan Petroleum Administration has successfully hold the training class five times and trained 146 persons,which helps 77 persons to start their own businesses,35 persons to be employed,guides 123 to get their jobs and helps 17 to get a small sum of loan.
