摘要
世界范围内原油重质化和劣质化速度增加快,而对轻质油产品的需求增大。延迟焦化技术因其设备投资少、工艺简单和技术成熟等特点,日益受到重视,成为近年来一个新的研究热点。综述了延迟焦化的机理及其工艺技术进展。认为当前延迟焦化工艺进展主要集中在装置的大型化、进料的灵活性、操作条件的优化以及组合工艺等方面。
With the crude oil worldwide getting heavier and deteriorating in quality, and increasing demand in light oil, delayed coking has drawn more and more attention in recent years due to its low equipment investment , simple process and proven technology. Latest developments in delayed coking proteges were reviewed in this paper. It was indicated that main trends of the developments in delayed coking process would be focused on larger scale, flexibility in feedstock, optimization of process conditions and integration of different technologies.
