摘要
以K2S2O8-Na2S2O4作为引发剂,将部分中和的丙烯酸钠和乌头酸与少量交联剂乙二醇缩水甘油醚在水溶液中进行微波辐射共聚,可制得吸水倍率500倍以上、保压吸水倍率90倍以上、吸盐(NaCl水溶液)倍率75倍以上的高吸水性树脂。发现加入单体乌头酸改变了树脂的网络空间,明显提高了保压吸水倍率。
A high water absorbing resin,with K 2S 2O 8 Na 2S 2O 4 as initiator,aconitic acid and acrylic acid as monomers,glycol glycidyl ether as crosslinking agent,was synthesized by means of microwave radiation in water solution.The water absorbing capacity of the resin is 500(g/g) under atmospheric pressure and 90(g/g) under pressure. Its salt (NaCl) absorbing power is 75(g/g). Addition of aconitic acid to the polymerization system changes the network structure of the resin and,as a result,increases the water absorbing power under pressure.
