摘要
采用反相悬浮聚合法合成丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺共聚物,调节油水两相体积比,添加高岭土和交联剂进行交联反应,制得高吸水性树脂。该树脂吸水率较高,吸水速度快,3—5分钟可达饱和吸水量,耐盐性好,具有较好的热稳定性。
The super water absorbent complex resin of poly(acrylate-co-acrylamide), which was synthesized by means of inverse suspension polymerization,was modified in the presence of kaolin and cross-linking agent in the organic solvent containing water. The water absorption of the resin for three minutes is 94% of the saturation value. The factors of influence on absorbency have been studied.
