摘要
【目的】研究板蓝根中性、酸性、碱性和两性提取物抗流感病毒作用及其对机体免疫力的影响。【方法】用鸡胚培养法观察板蓝根提取物对流感病毒接种鸡胚的毒性抑制作用;以病毒滴鼻感染小鼠,建立病毒感染小鼠的模型,观察4种提取物对模型小鼠死亡率及脾T细胞、B淋巴细胞增殖的影响。【结果】鸡胚实验显示,板蓝根酸性提取物能显著阻滞病毒感染鸡胚。动物实验表明,经过酸性提取物治疗的小鼠死亡率明显降低,鼠脾T细胞、B淋巴细胞刺激指数增高,免疫功能增强,其它3种提取物均无上述作用。【结论】板蓝根酸性提取物具有较强的直接抑制流感病毒的作用。
[ Objective ] To study the effect of four extractives of Radix Isatidis on influenza virus and its effect on immunity of body. [Methods]The antiviral effects of extractive of Radix Isatidis on influenza virus were observed in chick embryo culture and ICR mice. The mice were infected with influenza virus from nose .The death rate of mice infected by influenza virus was observed. The spleen T and B lymphocyte transformation experiment was carried out in aseptic environment. [ Results] (1) The acid extractive of Radix Isatidis showed significant inactivation of the influenza virus on chick embryo culture. (2) The death rate of ICR mice was reduced, and the immunological cells were irritated after using the acid extractive of Radix Isatidis. [Conclusions] The acid extractive of Radix Isatidis could directly inhibit the growth of influenza virus.
