摘要
目的通过对辛清感冒颗粒的相关药理学研究,评价其对风热感冒的治疗作用。方法建立咳嗽、哮喘、发热、炎症等动物模型,以阿司匹林、抗病毒颗粒等中西药为对照药,比较用药前后咳嗽次数、哮喘潜伏期、体温等指标,评价辛清感冒颗粒对相关病症的治疗作用。结果分别与模型组及对照药组相比,辛清感冒颗粒高、中剂量组能够显著延长氨水所致咳嗽小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期,减少2min内小鼠的咳嗽次数(P<0.01,P<0.05);各给药组均能极显著延长氯化乙酰胆碱和磷酸组胺引起的豚鼠哮喘潜伏期(P<0.01);提高小鼠羊红细胞(SRBC)半数溶血时的吸光度值(HC50),可以显著增强小鼠特异性体液免疫(P<0.01,P<0.05);辛清感冒颗粒高、中、低剂量组均可显著抑制耳缘静脉注射内毒素后所引起的家兔体温升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);高、中剂量组与云芝多糖组能显著提高二硝基氟苯(DNFB)所致迟发型变态反应小鼠的耳廓肿胀度(P<0.01,P<0.05),具有增强小鼠特异性细胞免疫的作用。结论辛清感冒颗粒能明显减轻咳嗽、哮喘等症状,具有解热、抗炎、增强免疫等作用,对风热感冒具有良好的治疗及改善作用。
Objective To investigate the pharmacodynamics of Xinqing Ganmao Keli and to evaluate its effect on pedo-anemopyretic cold. Methods Animal models of cough,asthma,fever and inflammation were established.Aspirin and antiviral granules were used as the control drug.We observed the times of cough,asthma incubation period,body temperature etc.and evaluated the therapeutic effect of Xinqing Ganmao Keli on relevant symptoms. Results Compared with the model group and the control group,Xinqing Ganmao Keli at high and middle dose significantly extended the incubation period of cough caused by ammonia water and decreased the times of cough within 2 min(P<0.01,P<0.05).The incubation period of asthma caused by acecolex and histamine phosphate was significantly extended(P<0.01) in all dose groups.The Abs of sheep red blood cell on HC50 were raised and the ability of specific humoral immunity enhanced significantly(P< 0.01,P<0.05).For rabbits,the fervescence caused by injecting endotoxin into the vein of ears was inhibited by all doses of Xinqing Ganmao Keli(P<0.05,P<0.01).For mice of late hairstyle allergic reaction caused by dinitro-fluorobenzene,the degree of swelling of auricle was increased significantly by the middle and high dose of Xinqing Ganmao Keli or Yunzhi polysaccharides(P<0.01,P<0.05),suggesting that it could improve the ability of specific cellular immunity. Conclusion Xinqing Ganmao Keli has remarkable effect on cough,asthma,antipyretic,anti-inflammatory and immunity,indicating its versatile and favorable treatment on pedo-anemopyretic cold.
