摘要
经过溶剂法和各种色谱方法从十字花科菘蓝属植物板蓝根的抗病毒有效部位中分离得到10个化合物,通过谱学分析和理化常数测定并结合文献鉴定了其中7个化合物的化学结构。其中有1个新化合物和6个己知化合物。药理实验结果表明,板蓝根提取物在体外具有较强的抗病毒活性。
10 natural compounds were separated from the antiviral site of Isantis indigotica Fort. by solvent and chromatography. 7 of them were identified by spectroscopic methods, physioehemieal properties and literature data. Among them, there was one novel compound and six known compounds.The pharmacological test showed that drawing material had strong antiviral effects in vitro.
