摘要
目的:优选壳聚糖用于风湿Ⅱ号合剂澄清工艺的条件。方法:在对壳聚糖加入量、药液浓度、药液pH值、温度、搅拌速度、搅拌时间等影响因素进行考察后,以吸光度、绿原酸含量、浸膏得率为评价指标,采用正交试验优选壳聚糖加入量、药液浓度及药液pH值最佳条件。结果:最佳澄清工艺条件为:壳聚糖加入量0.6mL.g-1、药液浓度1∶4、pH6.0、温度70℃、搅拌速度300r.min-1、搅拌时间15min。结论:壳聚糖絮凝法可代替乙醇沉淀法用于风湿Ⅱ号合剂澄清工艺的研究。
OBJECTIVE To study the clarification procedure with chitosan for Fengshi mixtures NO Ⅱ. METHODS Taking the absorbance, the content of chlorogenic acid and the extract yield as evaluation indicators, the orthogonal design was selected to measure the effects on the chitosan dosage,the extractive solution concentration,extractive solution pH. RESULTS The op timal clarification procedure condition was that the adding dosage of chitosan was 0. 6 mL·g^-1 , the concentration of meterials vs extractive solution was 1:4, the pH was 6, the flocculation temperature was 70 ℃, the stirring speed was 300 r·min ^-1 and the stirring time was 15 minutes. CONCLUSION Chitosan can be used to the clarification procedure of Fengshi mixtures NOⅡ instead of alcohol.
