摘要
目的：探讨制备布洛芬片新的工艺条件，以达到中国药典１９９５年版新标准。方法：用适宜浓度的聚山梨酯８０制粒。结果：颗粒完好，片面光洁，溶出度由原来５２．８６％提高到９４．２６％。结论：为片剂溶出度的改进提供了一种新的方法。
OBJECTIVE:To study the preparation techniques of ibuprofen tablet to meet the standard of Chinese pharmacopoeia 1995.METHODS:A proportion of polysorbate 80 was added into atom.RESULTS:Particle size was perfect and the apperance of tablet was smooth.The dissolution was improved from 52.86% to 94.26%.CONCLUSION:A new way was developed to improve the tablet dissolution.
