摘要
以壳聚糖为絮凝剂制备丹参口服液。结果表明,絮凝法工艺在指标成分、稳定性和经济指标等方面均优于水提醇沉法,它可代替水提醇沉工艺用于部分中药制剂的提纯。
Coagulating method was used on preparation of oral juice Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge,and its quality indicatrix of the product was comparied with that of ethanol subsiding method.Experimental results indicated:the coagulating method is better than ethanol subsiding method in medicine target composition, stable properties of product,economic indicatrix and working processes etc.It can replace the ethanol subsiding method to use on the refining of chinese medicine preparation.
