摘要
目的:建立测定感冒清口服液中柴胡皂苷a、d含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为AgilentTC-C18柱,流动相为乙腈-水(35:65,V/V),检测波长为210nm,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为25℃,进样量为10μl。结果:柴胡皂苷a、d的进样质量分别在0.2078～8.312μg和0.2448～9.792μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好;平均回收率(n=6)分别为95.76%(RSD=1.20%)和95.28%(RSD=0.80%)。结论:该方法操作简便、准确度高、专属性强,适用于感冒清口服液中柴胡皂苷a、d的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for the content determination of saikosaponin a and saikosaponin d in Ganmao- qing oral liquid. METHODS： HPLC was adopted. The determination was performed on Agilent TC-Cls cohlmn with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（35 ： 65, V/V）at flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and detection wavelength at 210 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃ and injection volume was 10 μl. RESULTS： The linear ranges were 0.207 8-8.312 μg for saikosaponin a and 0.244 8- 9.792 μg for saikosaponin d, respectively. The average recoveries were 95.76% （RSD=1.20%, n=6）and 95.28% （RSD=0.80%, n = 6）. CONCLUSION： The method is simple, accurate and specific for the content determination of saikosaponin a and saikosapo- nind in Ganmaoqing oral liquid.
